The firm
We are a boutique consultancy: deliberately small, senior by construction. We take on a limited number of engagements at a time, and the people you meet in the first conversation are the people who do the work. Our practices cover software and solution architecture, cloud computing and DevOps, custom development, legacy modernization, and our flagship: AI enablement with private, on-premise deployments.
A conviction runs through everything we do: technology decisions age. The framework that demos well today is the migration project of 2031. So we optimize for the long run: architectures your team can maintain, infrastructure that is rebuilt from code rather than remembered, and AI adoption with the quality-control discipline to survive contact with production.
